I'm Musa Ali. I spend most of my free time studying, leading student clubs, and volunteering.
Right now that's Running Start classes at Bellevue College, co-running two student organizations at Woodinville High School, and regular volunteer shifts at Hopelink Food Bank and the Muslim Association of Puget Sound — details on all of it further down.
About
I like taking something unstructured and finding a workable system for it. So far that's shown up more in leadership and volunteering than in a classroom, running two clubs at once, designing onboarding for new students, and volunteering at various places.
I'm strongest at organizational leadership and written communication — running meetings, coordinating events, and keeping a team on the same page. That's shown up through Running Start at Bellevue College alongside my last year at Woodinville High School, and through the clubs and volunteer work below.

Experience
- Coordinated daily stocking and floor operations in a high-turnover, fast-paced environment.
- Helped guests through the full visit process, at the check-in desk and in customer support.
- Worked with other volunteers to divide tasks and keep the floor moving during peak hours.
- Set up tables, appetizers, and service stations every night of Ramadan, to the same standard each time.
- Helped with service and clean-up across a full event cycle, coordinating with the rest of the volunteer team.
- Co-President of the Muslim Student Association and the Psychology Club, running both at the same time.
- Designed onboarding programming for incoming students as a Link Crew Leader.
- Also involved in Honor Society and Debate Club.

A good process should work the same way the fifth time as the first.
I show up
Most of my experience so far is volunteer work I return to on my own, not because I have to.
